Introduction to the Principle of Management

 The Principle of Management is a basic set of rules that managers follow to make good decisions, organize tasks, lead their teams, and control work processes. These rules help the organization achieve its goals and be successful.

 

Scientific Management

Scientific Management is a management approach that uses scientific methods to find better and faster ways of doing work. It studies and analyzes tasks and identifies ways to save time and effort.
